How an order comes together
You tell us the varieties, the grades and the weeks. We tell you what we can hold — a standing weekly programme, a mixed pallet, or a named variety reserved by date for an event. The availability sheet with stem lengths and head sizes for the week goes out before you ask for it. Prices are quoted per week and per stem length, which is why none appear on this site.
Volumes
Programmes run from a few hundred stems a week to tens of thousands. The application asks where you sit between 300 and 30,000 stems a week from Ecuador, so that we size a programme rather than guess at one.
Boxes
Full box, half box or quarter box — FB, HB, QB — packed cold at 2–4 °C. If you need a particular stem count per half box or a specific packing dimension, say so; the form asks.
Delivery
To your freight agency in Ecuador, to a warehouse in Miami, or to your door. We work with the forwarder and the truck company you already use, and we ask how long your boxes take to reach your store or warehouse so that the cut date is set to it.
Who you deal with
A named sales advisor, in English, Spanish or Russian, on email, phone or WhatsApp. The people on the contact page are the people who answer, and the application reaches the one you name.
Payment terms
Prepaid into the client account, or on credit at 7, 15 or 30 days. Each tier carries a monthly volume, as published on the application:
- Prepaid — 30,000 stems (12,600 USD) a month
- 7 credit days — 26,000 stems (10,920 USD) a month
- 15 credit days — 26,000 stems (10,920 USD) a month
- 30 credit days — 12,000 stems (5,040 USD) a month
