2 varieties in the orange family, every one grown, graded and packed on our own farm.

Orange is the accent: one bunch changes the temperature of a whole display. Ours run from mandarin to flame and are cut once the outer petals have coloured fully, so the tone on the sheet is the tone that opens on the table.
